- How do I deploy an app to my team?
- Click Deploy in the builder. The app goes live as a versioned, multi-user app your team can open, with no separate handover or IT rollout. It appears immediately in the Applications console, where everyone with access finds and uses it.
- How do versions and updates work in Arctory?
- Every app carries a version and a draft or live badge, for example v1.1 live or v0.0 draft, so you can read what is published and what is still in progress at a glance. To update a live app, you edit it and deploy again, which rolls a new version. It is the same loop you used to build it.
- Who can access an app and how do I control it?
- You set access from a User Management tab next to Applications in the same console, so you decide who can open which app in the same place you manage the apps. You do not switch to another tool to grant or remove access.
- Can I run many apps in one workspace at once?
- Yes. The Applications console lists every app in your workspace as a card, and the demo shows dozens running side by side. Each card shows that app's draft or live status, its version, its owner and when it last changed, so running a fleet of apps stays as light as building one.
- Do I need IT to roll out or manage the apps?
- No. Deploying, versioning and access control all run from one Applications console, so you publish an app to your team without an IT rollout. The console shows every app's status, version and owner, and the User Management tab handles who can open what, so the app owner runs the whole lifecycle.
